After studying civil engineering at the University of Illinois in Champaign-Urbana, Jerry entered the construction industry. He headed his own remodeling company and expanded into commercial work. A mild back injury got him thinking about construction sales and management and he eventually went from home improvement sales into commercial window and skylight engineering sales. He was involved in the first window replacement projects on prestigious Lake Shore Drive.

The evolution of the home inspection industry in the early 1990’s allowed him to transition from construction consulting. When you work with Jerry you are working with someone who performs to the highest standards, has real integrity and is a great communicator. He is licensed to practice in the state of Illinois.
